 Applicable Law

This USER AGREEMENT will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to these Terms and Conditions of Use will be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

International Use

We make no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Modification of User Agreement

Savvy Counsel, LLC may modify this USER AGREEMENT in its sole discretion at any time. Notice of all changes to this USER AGREEMENT will be posted on this site. If you do not agree with the changes in the USER AGREEMENT, your sole remedy is to discontinue the use of the website. Termination

We may terminate your access, or suspend any user's access to all or part of this website, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third-party provider, a service provider, or us.
